Salient Group LLP is seeking a qualified and experienced Shift Supervisor to support operations with a Port Liquid Terminal site in Belize City.
The Shift Supervisor is primarily responsible to:
- Supervise terminal operations including tanker filling, vessel loading and discharge, product transfers, and loading rack activities
- Oversee terminal maintenance and operations personnel
- Ensure full compliance with occupational health, safety, and security procedures
- Review daily inventory movements and operational reports
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Supervise staff schedules and participate in training and emergency drills
To be a successful candidate, you must meet the following requirements:
- Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum five (5) years’ experience in industrial facilities (maintenance, production, and industrial safety)
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
- Bilingual: English and Spanish
